…you stop looking after you find it – NOTE: evaluations are the same!!
A fun Friday litmus test for your proposals – “If the evaluators stop reading your proposal before the end, will they have absorbed the ideas and information that are most important to them?”
If not, reorder your content to reflect the evaluator’s priorities, with essential ideas and points stated in the first sentences.
Well organised proposals:
•Announce their organisation and follow it
•Use key points which are clear and easily understood by the intended evaluators
•Are customer-focused and conform to the evaluators’ sense of what is important to them
•Use visual signalling and navigation devices to enable evaluators to access, understand and locate information they need quickly
