Instructor-led training featuring live sessions and practical exercises, including case studies, through out the day. You will engage in interactive learning and group work, receiving direct feedback from your instructor.

Following your workshop, a 1:1 call will be scheduled with your facilitator. Follow-up calls are offered to answer any questions you may have. The agenda for these sessions is entirely up to you.

Validate your skills with shipley certifcation
Upon completing the course, you will receive a Customer Focused Conversations Certificate of Attendance and 1 credit that can be used towards your Shipley Method Certification.
